The Municipality of Sorocaba, through the Department of Urban Security (Sesu), received a visit from the Baltazar Fernandes Scout Group – 171 on Saturday (2) at the headquarters of the municipal department, located in Jardim Ana Maria, in the North Zone of the city. Approximately 50 people participated, including cubs, scouts, seniors, and pioneers.
At the location, the children and teenagers who are part of the scout group were able to learn more about how the city’s work against drugs is carried out, as well as all the other services developed by Sesu.
After the presentation, the scouts also visited the space and the work carried out by the School of Training, Improvement, and Specialization (Efae) of the Municipal Civil Guard (GCM). There, the group was also able to engage in activities and dynamics among themselves, with the parents present, ending with an afternoon tea.
